THE VIETNAM III & IV CORP. DUSTOFF ORG.

| This Reunion is for all those who served in the III & IV Corp Tactical Zones in South Vietnam in |
| DUSTOFF. These unit's are the 45th Med Co.(AA), 57th Med Det. (HA), 82nd Med Det. (HA), |
| 159th Med Det (HA), 247th Med Det (HA). and the 551st TC Maint. |
|
|
| As you know, we all flew with or for any one of the above listed units during our tour. In fact the |
| quarterly News Letters was titled the same. Even though each unit was individually tracked |
| based on total number of patients evacuated, mission's and combat flight hours, Statistically the |
| III and IV Corp Tactical Zones were totaled together, except for the 1st Cav Medivac units. |
|
| The reunion is to be held in June the weekend of the 27th and 28th 2003. At the Airport Ramada |
| Plaza Hotel in Atlanta Georgia. Phone # 404-768-7800 just let them know you are with the |
| DUSTOFF Reunion. Room Rates are Discounted at $59.00 a night plus tax. There is a reunion |
| fee of $25.00 per couple. This is to cover the combined cost for the conference room which |
| comes with over head projector, TV and VCR, PA sys, Snacks, Wet Bar, Soft Drink's, Misc. |
| charges, clean up and any unforeseen costs. If there is any left over funds I would like to apply it |
| to our next Reunion. |

| The Next Reunion is tentatively scheduled for February 2004. The location has not been decide |
upon yet. This will be a topic to be covered At this Reunion.

| Food has been set up as pay as you eat rather then a person being stuck with a buffet or a plate |
| style dinner who may have a diet issue. We will have our own designated mess area at the hotel |
| restaurant. Marked DUSTOFF Mess area. However Dinner may be served in our conference |
| room Depending on the total number who will be eating. Order's for dinner will be taken around |
| 15:00 |
|

| Check in Friday evening the 27th, we are to meet at the hotel bar which is normally closed |
| Friday Night, there you can pay your reunion fee and receive your name tag and survival kit, and |
| be able to meet with each other. The hotel will have the wet bar available with soft drinks,beer |
| and mixed drinks pay as you drink until Midnight. |

|
| Saturday morning we will meet at the hotel restaurant at the DUSTOFF mess area 08:00 and |
| have breakfast together, then after a short break we will all meet at the DUSTOFF Reunion |
| conference Room. The Reunion will begin and will end at or around midnight with a break for |
| lunch and for Dinner. |
|
|
| We have many exciting things scheduled and several guest speakers and a possible film crew |
from the ITSOTB, and a VA benefits reps and much more.
|
|
|
| I have started a DUSTOFF Directory and presently have over 50 name's and BIOS which will be |
| forwarded to all every 3 months as it is revised with new names. |
|
|
| Therefore if you don't mind I would like to add your name, e mail address, home address, phone |
| #, a brief VN tour bio, and your profession, personal status children etc... To the Vietnam |
| DUSTOFF Directory. I will also add your name to the DUSTOFF Group mail. Our group mail has |
| of over 50 names and growing. This way I can forward info as required and to maintain a central |
| communication center. Please forward your info to me. Naturally all info is to be confidential and |
| only for those who are in the Directory. Unless you request otherwise. |

| At our reunion we will have an open discussion regarding a Web site for the Vietnam III & IV |
| Corp DUSTOFF Org and it's history. |

| and white outline and some with the red cross with the solid white back ground. Custom Orders |
| avaiable. Plaques are custom orders only. |

| She can take custom orders and have certain items made depending on the individual wants and |
| needs. |

| We look forward to seeing you there and as I have said before each one of us is a piece of the |
| DUSTOFF puzzle and the more of us together the more we can make some sense of what we |
| tried so hard to forget during our tour and now are trying so hard to remember after all these |
years.

| For those that have confirmed reservation and or live in the greater Atlanta area and are |
| going to attend our reunion I look forward to see you at our reunion. Every thing is fine. |

| For all that are planning to attend and have not yet make your reservation. We have only |
| blocked approx. 30 rooms and we are quickly approaching that number. Our hotel |
|
| reservation cut off date is the 24th of June. Therefore to assure your self a place to stay it |
| would be a good idea to get your room reservation made.as soon as you can. |

| The Hotel DUSTOFF Reunion Coordinator is watching out for us and has suggested that |
| we bump our blocked rooms to 40 and will continue to do so as rooms are available. |
|
|
