The Vietnam Dustoff Association has been created as a non-profit organization to promote the camaraderie and the history of those who served in helicopter aero-medical evacuation units in Vietnam. All individuals who served in these units, surviving family members or others interested in the Dustoff mission are welcome to become part of our association. Our primary goal is to renew old friendships formed in battle and to have a safe haven for emotional healing as may be necessary. We have an excellent outreach program where veterans work to improve the health and welfare of friends.
Our reunions are held every year. The 2015 reunion has been scheduled for San Diego, California. Our reunion page will be updated once we do a recon of the area, anticipated in Sept 2014 by Mike Logan. From there we will develop an agenda and give people plenty of time to plan for the trip. San Diego is a wonderful city and will be our first adventure to the West Coast since we were incorporated.
Please note that Richard Dean and his wife Trish after all of these years in Atlanta have relocated to sunny Arizona. There new home telephone number is (520)-762-4681.
We also gather unit histories in effort to build an informational data base of our era in Vietnam. If you have information you care to share, please contact us.
